_General

  • Submitting does not guarantee acceptance. Broken Shape reserves the right to reject any Commission for any reason.

  • The client understands that they are paying for the non-refundable time and expertise of an artist.

  • All commissions listed are digital goods.

  • All contact regarding commission work, like sketches and delivery, is made via email.

  • The client must be seeking out the artist for their style.

  • Broken Shape reserves the right to use commissioned works for self-promotion, Social media, Portfolio, etc.

  • I’m unavailable on weekends. Time zone UTC+0.

_Expectations

  • The client is expected to provide a clear visual reference of the character, not a description. Please keep references Safe for Work.

  • If the character reference has more than one outfit/appearance, please specify which one you want.

  • The usage of AI-generated images in any instance is unacceptable.

_Will Draw

  • OC / Original Designs

  • Robots / Mechas

  • Furries / Anthro

  • Feral, Monsters & Dragons

  • Blood / Simple Gore

  • Fanart & Fan OCs (If I know the Fandom)

_Won't Draw

  • Humans

  • Backgrounds

  • Heavy Gore

  • Overly complex Robots / Mechas

  • NSFW / Fetishes / Kinks

  • Political, Offensive or Sensitive themes

_Work Process & Revisions

  • 1-2 sketches ﹥ First Check﹥ Clean up ﹥ Second Check ﹥ Finalize ﹥ Last Check ﹥ Delivery

  • The client is limited to two major revisions during the First Check (Altering composition/pose changes, etc.) Once the client approves this stage, only minor adjustments may be done afterwards.

  • Changes to a finished work are not accepted, unless it's a mistake on my end, like missing details, accessories or colors.

  • If the Client does not respond to an check phase within 7 days, the project may be cancelled without refund.

_Usage

  • Broken Shape holds all the right to artworks created and can freely sign / watermark, publish or showcase the artwork on Portfolio / Social Media.

  • The client may use the artwork in profile pictures or banners for personal accounts only.

  • The client is expected to give proper credit in case of reposting the artwork on Social Media.

  • The client must not sell the artwork.

  • The usage of any Broken Shape’s artwork in AI or NFT is strictly forbidden.

_Payments

  • Prices a based on livable wage and the amount of time it takes to finish an artwork in accordance to the artist’s experience.

  • Full payment upfront.

  • No refunds, unless I know I won’t be able to finish your commission.
